Liebe Freunde,
First of all, thanks to Heinz & Beverly Prast for hosting the 2017 Schnitzelfest! This was our first event at their home, and it was one of best events ever. The entire Prast family (Heinz, Beverly, Kyle and Christina) jumped in to help prepare for and host this event. As always, Heinz cooked up loads of delicious Schnitzel - yum! You all provided plenty of delicious, authentic, Austrian food. Kudos to your creative culinary talents!
The Hiesberger family will be first-time hosts for our next event, the Summer Kick-off Pool Party (mit Schweinebraten). As usual, the club will provide the libations, and you will provide the
appetizers, side dishes and desserts! The delightful Nora Collins has taken on the job of coordinating food and RSVPs with Signup Genius, so please reply ASAP. Also, remember that we need help with setup and cleanup. Let me know if you are available to help out., and if you need to RSVP in person, you can call me.
As usual, guests are welcome, but please plan to contribute $10 per person for each non-member that you bring. Apropos of that, don't forget to pay your annual membership dues! Be sure to bring your swimsuits and a big appetite.
