Liebe Mitglieder, I think Heinz Prast, our favorite chef, once again hit it out of the ballpark! My cousin Günther Fasching, who had just arrived from Burgenland, was a willing and able assistant, and they made a great team. Lin and I were delighted to host the Pool Party & Schnitzelfest at our humble abode. Thanks to all of you who brought your scrumptious goodies and your heartfelt Austrian charm. Several member noted that Schnitzel tastes better every time!
Our next event is once again at the home of the Steinberger family: Leo, Elizabeth, Katherine and David. Leo will have Würstel on the grill, and, you all will provide the extras. As usual, the club will furnish libations.
